Dockside is a Chef and Chief Stew’s best friend. We will be sure your provisioning needs are met and are perfectly delivered. Flowers, fresh food, the crew’s favorite coffee, that special flavored ice cream the guests have asked for? Dockside understands that it is often the small things that make a charter outstanding and the guests happy.
Provisioning is possibly the most important onshore element vital to the success of any charter or cruising experience. In a busy season, every minute crew lose sourcing foods and essentials is a minute less spent attending to guests and the vessel itself.
Our specialist Dockside Provisioning service was made to provide the highest quality product while saving the on board team time and energy. Of course, we help organize provisions far in advance. We also pride ourselves on our lightning-fast response to urgent requests for even the most hard-to-find items, around the clock, 365 days a year. When we are unable to source something locally, we have a rapid response network of contacts to source items internationally at speeds far exceeding our competitors. A special note: Using a local provisioner like Dockside vastly reduces the overall carbon footprint of the yacht. This is because we know what is available locally and will do our best to provide what we can without automatically resorting to unnecessary, expensive imports.
